Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining active licensure and hygiene standards
- Drive store sales and service results by rebooking clients, upselling products, and achieving performance goals
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and techniques to inspire and empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all beauty categories and stay current with emerging trends and techniques
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive, welcoming customer experience
- Ensure availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays with consistent punctuality and attendance
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
