Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service rebookings by educating clients, recommending products and converting consultations into product purchases and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain active state licensure and adhere to health, hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
  • Provide personalised client consultations to build lasting relationships and enhance client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the store team to meet store targets and uphold Sephora standards for a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services where services are delivered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Strong product knowledge and awareness of current beauty trends and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and build repeat business.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
