Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and false lash services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and rebooking of beauty services to achieve store performance targets
- Educate and empower clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques through expert consultation
- Maintain active professional licenses and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and openness
- Ensure punctuality, consistent attendance, and availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
