Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver licensed beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application in accordance with company service menus and state regulations.
  • Provide personalised client consultations, recommend and sell appropriate products, and rebook services to help achieve individual and store sales goals.
  • Maintain active professional licensure, adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols, and ensure a sanitary service environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive in-store experience for all clients and colleagues.
  • Support store operations through reliable attendance, flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays), and punctuality.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false-lash application in the state where services will be delivered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or service environments.
  • Strong product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and beauty tools, and the ability to convey recommendations clearly to clients.
  • Demonstrated client-service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; dependable attendance and flexibility to meet scheduling needs.

Experience
