Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and service metrics by recommending products, rebooking beauty services, and converting consultations into purchases.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere strictly to health, hygiene and safety protocols for all treatments.
- Provide personalized client consultations, build lasting relationships, and educate clients on product use and trends.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and comply with company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the work state.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques and service protocols.
- Ability to meet required availability for shift patterns, including nights, weekends and holidays, with punctual and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years’ experience in a beauty service role or in retail/hospitality client-facing positions; demonstrated ability to deliver personalized services and meet sales/service KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of a cosmetology, esthetician or related beauty program and possession of the appropriate state license.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.30 to USD 25.65 per hour.
