Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and other licensed beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and service rebooking by providing personalized client consultations and building lasting relationships
- Maintain comprehensive product and trend knowledge to educate and empower clients on beauty solutions
- Uphold active beauty licensing and adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and foster a welcoming shopping experience for all clients
