Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
• Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, rebooking services, and converting consultations into purchases.
• Maintain active state licensure for provided services and adhere strictly to hygiene, health and safety protocols.
• Cultivate personalised client relationships through consultative service and follow-up to build long-term loyalty.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a secure, welcoming shopping experience.
• Fulfil reliable, scheduled shift commitments including evenings, weekends and holidays; support peak retail operations and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/esthetician license as required by the state for waxing, makeup and false-lash services.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
• Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skin and lash treatments and the ability to translate trends into client recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to rebook appointments.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Skills

Experience

1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail/hospitality environments where consultative client service and sales were primary responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of cosmetology or esthetician training and a valid state license required for the services performed.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
