Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
  • Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
