Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services as listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu
• Drive store sales and service revenue through client booking and product recommendations
• Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service
• Maintain active professional licenses and uphold all health and safety protocols
• Ensure a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment aligned with Sephora brand standards
• Meet scheduling commitments during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of openness and mutual support

Qualifications

• Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false eyelash services
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

1–3 years in a similar beauty services role, or equivalent experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

Education

Active professional license required for beauty services in the applicable state.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.75 to USD 24.88 per hour.
