Sephora seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor for its Porter Ranch Beauty Studio to deliver personalized makeup, waxing, and beauty services while driving sales and building lasting client relationships. The role demands an active license in the state of performance, 1–3 years of service-oriented experience, and fluency in current beauty trends and product knowledge. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and licensed beauty services from Sephora's comprehensive menu whilst maintaining active licensure and rigorous health and safety protocols
- Drive sales results and service rebooking by providing consultative product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and application techniques; empower clientele through personalised styling guidance and technical expertise

Qualifications
