Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Pleasanton, CA. Hourly position providing makeup, waxing, and beauty services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and false lash application services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales of beauty products and rebooking of beauty services to achieve store performance targets
- Educate and empower clients with knowledge of beauty trends and product information
- Deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships to foster loyalty
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and support company culture initiatives
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and remain available during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Demonstrate consistent punctuality and attendance
Qualifications
- Current active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in California
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role, or in retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
