Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and service rebooking by achieving store goals through beauty services and product sales
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to inspire informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support a culture of belonging

Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in Arizona
