Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's comprehensive Beauty Services menu while maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards
- Drive sales and service bookings to achieve store performance targets whilst providing personalized client consultations
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to empower informed purchasing and service decisions
- Maintain current licensure in accordance with state requirements and uphold all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates client diversity and promotes Sephora's belonging agenda
- Ensure consistent availability during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash application services
