  • Drive commercial results by recommending products, selling and rebooking beauty services, and contributing to store sales objectives.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, hygiene and safety protocols during service delivery.
  • Educate clients on product benefits and current beauty trends to build long‑term relationships and encourage repeat visits.
  • Support a culture of inclusion and teamwork by collaborating with colleagues, following Sephora standards, and contributing to a safe, welcoming store environment.
  • Work flexible schedules and cover required shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Active state license valid for waxing, makeup and false‑lash application in the state of practice.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments; proven ability to deliver face‑to‑face client services.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and ability to build client loyalty through personalized service.
  • Reliable availability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for a part‑time schedule (15–29 hrs/week) including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
