Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application according to Sephora's service menu.
  • Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, selling retail items, and rebooking follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain active state licensure for all performed services and adhere strictly to hygiene, health and safety protocols.
  • Provide personalised client consultations and product education to empower purchasing decisions and build long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and uphold Sephora’s customer service and operational standards.
  • Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet full-time shift-hour requirements (30–40 hrs/week).

Qualifications

  • Active state license enabling waxing, makeup and false-lash application where services will be performed.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments; entry-level candidates with strong training and licensing may be considered.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and to meet sales and rebooking objectives.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
