Role & Responsibilities
- Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
- Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora standards for a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet required minimum number of weekly shifts and be available during peak retail hours.
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Georgia.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
