Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
- Perform licensed beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application per Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health and safety protocols
- Foster inclusiveness and promote a collaborative, empowering team culture
- Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
- Meet scheduling requirements and be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty services role, retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
