Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service metrics by rebooking appointments, recommending products, and converting consultations into purchases.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and consistently apply health, hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Provide personalised client consultations, educate clients on products and trends, and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and adhere to company policies and retail standards.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are performed.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or customer service.
  • Deep knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and application techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Team‑oriented, punctual, and able to thrive in a goal‑driven retail environment.
