Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver face‑to‑face beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including professional makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application.
  • Drive store performance by selling products, rebooking clients for services, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide consultative, personalized client service to educate customers about products, trends, and service outcomes.
  • Maintain active professional licensure, uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and contribute to a welcoming in‑store experience for all clients.

Qualifications
