Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
  • Drive retail performance by servicing clients, recommending products and rebooking beauty appointments to support store objectives.
  • Maintain active licensure and consistently apply health, safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Provide personalized client consultations, build lasting relationships and educate clients on product usage and trends.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment and uphold Sephora’s operational and customer-service standards.
  • Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Active cosmetology/esthetic license valid in the state of practice for waxing, makeup and false eyelash services.
  • 1–3 years of experience in beauty services or in a retail, hospitality or client-facing service environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver tailored client service and achieve sales/service targets.
  • Thorough knowledge of contemporary beauty products, techniques and trends.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties on the sales floor and service area.

Experience
