Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

- Deliver professional beauty services (makeup, waxing, false-lash application and other services listed in the Beauty Services menu) to clients in the store’s Beauty Studio.
- Drive sales and service rebookings by educating clients on product benefits, recommending complementary items and converting service interactions into retail purchases.
- Maintain and apply up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends to provide tailored recommendations and tutorials.
- Ensure all licensure, sanitation and health & safety protocols are current and consistently enforced in the service environment.
- Contribute to store performance by meeting personal and team sales targets, supporting merchandising and participating in promotional events.
- Foster an inclusive, client-centric atmosphere by delivering exceptional service and collaborating with colleagues to uphold Sephora standards.
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver personalized client service; strong consultative selling skills.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet required weekly hours for part-time status.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and repetitive tasks typical of salon/retail service roles.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of state-required cosmetology or esthetician program and any education necessary to obtain the required license.
