Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-eyelash application, in accordance with Sephora’s service menu and hygiene standards.
- Drive sales and service KPIs by recommending products, rebooking appointments, and converting service clients into product customers.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and beauty trend awareness to educate and inspire clients.
- Keep licensure current and strictly follow health, safety and sanitation protocols.
- Promote inclusiveness and a collaborative team culture; support store policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet punctuality and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- Active, state‑valid license to perform waxing, makeup and false-eyelash services in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-service environments.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and beauty service techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client consultations and build lasting relationships.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in a similar role, or in retail, hospitality or service-driven environments; demonstrable client-service and sales experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a cosmetology or esthetics program and any state-required training is preferred and consistent with licensure requirements.
