Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Provide personalized client consultations, recommend products and rebook follow-up services to drive retail sales and service revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge to educate and inspire clients and colleagues.
- Keep professional licensure current and adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented store culture while following Sephora policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable attendance and meet required weekly shift minimums, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state where services are delivered.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client-facing service role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver customized client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and dependable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-facing service environment.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred in addition to required state licensure.
