Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing, and false-eyelash application in accordance with the Beauty Services menu.
- Achieve store sales and service targets through product sales, rebooking and client follow-up; proactively convert services into retail sales.
- Educate and advise clients on product selection, routines and beauty trends to drive long-term client loyalty.
- Maintain active state licensure and strict adherence to health, safety and sanitation protocols for all services.
- Model Sephora standards by promoting an inclusive, team-oriented environment and ensuring a secure, welcoming shopping experience.
- Provide reliable scheduling availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required minimum weekly hours.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-eyelash application where services will be provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality or service environments.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on services for multiple clients per shift.

Experience
1–3 years' experience in a cosmetology, esthetics, makeup artist or customer-facing retail/service role; demonstrated service delivery in a high-volume retail environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant cosmetology or esthetician certification preferred.
