Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio (makeup application, waxing and false lash application) according to Sephora’s service menu and hygiene standards.
- Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, upselling services and rebooking appointments to help achieve store targets.
- Maintain active licensure and adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols required by state regulations and Sephora policies.
- Provide personalised consultations, educate clients on products and trends, and build long‑term client relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store environment and support colleagues to maintain Sephora’s standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service, achieve sales goals and rebook appointments.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends and holidays) and reliably meet scheduled shifts.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
