Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver beauty services including professional makeup, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Drive sales and client rebookings by providing personalised consultations, recommending products and converting services into retail purchases.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols during service delivery.
- Educate and empower clients by staying current with product knowledge, trends and techniques and by providing tailored recommendations.
- Fulfil scheduling requirements and remain available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays); meet minimum weekly shift/hours for part-time roles.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment by supporting teammates and contributing to a positive client experience.
- Follow company policies and store standards to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment for all customers.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are delivered.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a comparable role or in retail, hospitality or service environments preferred.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and current beauty trends.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service, build relationships and meet sales targets.
- Flexible availability for retail peak times and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years of relevant experience in a beauty-services, retail, or hospitality environment; demonstrated client-facing service delivery and sales experience preferred.
