Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application in line with Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive store performance through retail selling, product recommendations, and proactive rebooking of beauty services.
- Maintain active state licensure for all regulated services and adhere strictly to health, hygiene and safety protocols.
- Educate and empower clients with product knowledge and trend insights to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements.
Qualifications
- Active, in‑state license to provide waxing, makeup and false-lash application services where services are performed.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and meet sales or rebooking targets.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours and flexible scheduling; punctual and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a similar licensed beauty or customer-facing retail role, or comparable experience in hospitality or service industries with demonstrated client service and sales capability.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
