Sephora Beverly Hills seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time) to perform makeup and waxing services; $24–$27.60/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver makeup, waxing and other beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu with professional technique and attention to client comfort.
  • Achieve store sales and productivity goals by recommending products, upselling services and rebooking clients for follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain and renew required professional licensure; adhere to all health, sanitation and safety protocols at all times.
  • Educate and inspire clients with up-to-date product knowledge, trend awareness and personalised regimen recommendations.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and support store processes, policies and operational standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application and false eyelash application where services are delivered (required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments with demonstrated client service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships, personalise service and drive rebookings.
  • Availability to meet the role’s minimum weekly hours and work peak retail shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to stand for extended periods.

Experience
