Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application, in accordance with Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and client retention by recommending products, rebooking services, and converting consultations into product sales.
- Maintain active state licensure and strictly adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols.
- Provide personalised client recommendations through up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge, building long‑term client relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule that meets minimum weekly shift requirements and includes availability for nights, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup, and false eyelash application where services will be delivered.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years' experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or a client‑facing service environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state‑approved cosmetology, esthetics or related program and possession of required licensure.
