Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, false application, and other licensed beauty services to clients, maintaining current knowledge of product trends and techniques
- Drive client acquisition and rebooking of beauty services while achieving store sales and service targets
- Educate and empower clients through personalized consultation, building lasting relationships and fostering brand loyalty
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to Sephora's culture of belonging and empowerment
- Support retail operations during peak times (evenings, weekends, and holidays) with consistent punctuality and reliability
Qualifications
