Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of store sales and service goals through rebooking of beauty services and product sales
- Perform makeup application, waxing, and additional beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain current state licensure and consistently uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and promotes psychological safety
- Adhere to all Sephora company policies and operational procedures to ensure a secure and welcoming shopping experience
Qualifications
- Valid, active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a comparable beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer service role
