Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
- Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
