Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's curated menu while maintaining health and safety standards
- Drive store sales and service revenue through client rebooking, product recommendations, and upselling aligned with beauty consultations
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches, and service techniques to educate and inspire clients
- Maintain active state licensure for all beauty services performed and uphold rigorous hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment and contribute to Sephora's commitment to belonging and diversity
- Meet scheduling requirements for part-time shifts (15–29 hours weekly) including nights, weekends, and holiday availability
Qualifications
- Active beauty license in California authorizing waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
- 1–3 years of professional experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles
- Demonstrated expertise in beauty products, services, and industry trends
