Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and follow-up rebooking
• Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
• Achieve store sales and service goals while driving product recommendations and upselling
• Maintain current state licensure and uphold rigorous health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Support a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork across the beauty studio and broader store environment
• Ensure punctual and consistent attendance during assigned shifts, including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Uphold Sephora's brand standards and company policies to create a secure and welcoming shopping experience

Qualifications

• Active professional license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in the state of Florida
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar beauty services role, retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Demonstrated expertise in beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
• Strong ability to deliver personalized client service and establish rapport
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and communicating product knowledge effectively
• Team player with collaborative approach in goal-oriented retail settings
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Skills

Experience

1–3 years of professional experience in a similar beauty services role, retail environment, hospitality, or customer service setting. Entry-level candidates with equivalent licensure and demonstrated beauty service expertise will be considered.

Education

Active professional license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in the state of Florida (required).

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
