Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and false lash application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and rebook beauty services to achieve store performance targets
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product selection, and skincare techniques
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized, service-driven interactions
- Promote a culture of openness, inclusion, and teamwork within the store environment
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctual, consistent attendance
- Lift and carry products and materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in Florida
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role, or demonstrated background in retail, hospitality, or service environments
- Strong product knowledge of beauty trends, services, and application techniques
