Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false‑lash applications in accordance with Sephora’s service menu.
  • Drive sales and service metrics by consulting with clients, recommending products and rebooking follow‑up appointments.
  • Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge to educate and empower clients during consultations.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support teammates to achieve store targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment for clients.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false‑lash services where employed.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client‑facing service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and cultivate repeat business.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, techniques and current trends.
  • Ability to meet scheduling requirements for retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
