Sephora in Orem, UT is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (part-time). Provide makeup, waxing and beauty services at the University Place store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s services menu
- Drive sales and contribute to store performance by recommending products, rebooking services and closing transactions
- Maintain current state licensure and comply with health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Provide personalized client consultations and build lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge and service follow-up
- Support store operations through reliable attendance, punctuality and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state of employment
- 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or in retail, hospitality or service environments
- Demonstrated expertise in beauty products, application techniques and current trends
- Ability to meet required weekly shift minimums and maintain consistent attendance
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or relevant retail/hospitality position, with demonstrated ability to deliver individualized client service and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-recognized cosmetology or esthetics program is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
