Sephora seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-Time) in Omaha, NE. Provide beauty services, sell products, and guide clients on their beauty journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales of beauty products while delivering personalized client service and building lasting relationships
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and demonstrate reliability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that promotes a culture of openness and belonging
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Nebraska
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty services role, or in retail, hospitality, or service environments
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and establish lasting client relationships
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
