Licensed Beauty Advisor, part-time, Sephora Omaha, NE – $18.20–$21.10/hr. Beauty services and retail sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services as listed on Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and service revenue by rebooking clients and cross-selling complementary products
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, product formulations, and application techniques to educate and empower clients
- Sustain active licensure status and rigorously uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, empowering workplace culture that celebrates diversity and encourages team collaboration
- Uphold Sephora operational standards and contribute to a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment
- Meet required minimum weekly shift commitments (15–29 hours for part-time roles) with consistent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false lash services

Experience

Education
Active, valid state license required for the provision of waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Nebraska.
