Sephora licensed beauty advisor position in Oklahoma City; part-time hourly role providing makeup, waxing, and beauty services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and licensed beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining all health and hygiene standards
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized consultation, education on beauty products and trends, and service rebooking
- Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets by recommending products and rebooking services
- Maintain active licensure and stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to empower clients
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora's standards for safety and customer experience
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in the state of Oklahoma
- 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services, retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environment
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
