Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results and achieve store goals by rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling complementary products
- Provide makeup application, waxing, false lash, and other beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Stay informed about beauty trends, product innovations, and techniques to educate and empower clients effectively
- Maintain active licensure and uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment where all team members feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora's operational standards, policies, and security protocols to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience
- Demonstrate reliability by meeting minimum weekly shift requirements and maintaining punctual, consistent attendance
Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Connecticut
- 1–3 years' experience in a comparable beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or service-focused environments
