Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services including makeup, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Provide personalized client consultations, recommend products and rebook services to support store sales and service targets.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and consistently apply health, hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, trends and techniques to educate and inspire clients.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment and uphold Sephora’s operational and customer service standards.
  • Meet scheduled shift commitments and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash services where the role is performed.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty-service, retail, hospitality or customer-service role (entry-level candidates with relevant training may be considered).
  • Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup and skincare and familiarity with current beauty trends.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, maintain punctual attendance, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
