Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and licensed beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu with expertise and client focus
- Drive store sales and beauty service revenue while rebooking clients for repeat appointments
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and service techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active professional licensing and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and consultative selling
- Support store goals and contribute to a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork
