Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and false lash services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive store sales and service rebooking goals through personalized client consultations and product recommendations
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, techniques, and services to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming team environment that celebrates diversity and supports colleague success
- Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience
- Work flexible scheduling during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Delaware
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service and build lasting client relationships

Skills
Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Active professional license for waxing, makeup, and false lash application in Delaware is required.
