Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and store performance through provision and reboking of beauty services, client servicing, and product sales
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and licensed beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings to educate and empower clients
- Maintain active professional licenses and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment and promote Sephora's culture of belonging and openness
- Uphold company policies and ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
- Meet required minimum weekly shift commitments and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in New York
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
