Licensed Beauty Advisor position at Sephora NYC (part-time, $24–$27.50/hr). Provide beauty services and drive client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive store results by achieving beauty service bookings, client retention, and product sales targets
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to empower purchasing decisions
- Maintain active professional licenses and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support peer development
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure shopping environment
- Remain available for peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
