Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s services menu.
- Drive store performance through selling products, rebooking beauty services, and achieving individual and store targets.
- Provide personalised client consultations, educate clients on product usage and trends, and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain active licensure for performed services and consistently uphold health, safety and hygiene protocols.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and comply with Sephora’s operational policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash services where services are provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, techniques and current trends.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and achieve sales/booking targets.
- Flexible availability for retail peak hours and consistent punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years in a similar beauty advisor, makeup artist or client-facing retail role; experience in hospitality or service environments is acceptable.
