Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application per Sephora’s services menu.
- Provide personalised client consultations to assess needs, recommend products and services, and build long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales and service rebookings to contribute to store KPIs and daily targets; actively promote relevant products and in-store promotions.
- Maintain active licensure and adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene protocols for all services.
- Champion an inclusive, collaborative environment and support team initiatives to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Remain current on product knowledge, category trends and new techniques to educate clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false lash application where services will be delivered.
- 1–3 years’ experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or client-facing roles (or demonstrable equivalent).
- Proven ability to deliver customised client service and to convert consultations into product and service sales.
- Availability for flexible retail scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Capacity to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a related client-facing environment; demonstrated track record of personalised service and meeting sales/service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of a cosmetology, esthetics, or makeup artistry program is recommended. State cosmetology/esthetician license required.
