Sephora seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty services and product expertise at its Union Square location in New York. The role combines makeup application, waxing, and lash services with retail excellence, requiring an active state beauty license and 1–3 years of related experience. Part-time hours (15–29 per week) include peak retail operations during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, false lash application, and other beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales by rebooking beauty services and recommending products based on client needs and trends
- Educate clients on beauty products, services, techniques, and emerging industry trends
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and support teammates in delivering exceptional service
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience
- Meet flexible scheduling requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services
