Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application.
  • Provide personalized client consultations to educate customers on products, treatments and routines, and rebook follow-up services.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals through product recommendations, service upsells and conversion of walk-in clients.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation and health & safety protocols.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented sales floor by collaborating with colleagues and upholding Sephora’s customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of practice.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skin care and tools, and ability to translate trends into client recommendations.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and able to meet weekly shift minimums.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing service work for extended periods.
